A little bit about me
Hi, I'm Verena - a passionate photographer from Germany,
living in Switzerland.
I am a mum, biologist, scientist, book reader, traveller, dancer, climber, hiker - and as far as I can think back, I always loved nature and being outdoors. Already as a teenager, I was passionate about photographing great nature subjects as well as beautiful everyday moments. I always wanted to immortalize the situation and show that it was special for me – no matter if it was a gorgeous landscape or just a cute little bug crawling over a stone wall. This is still what photography is for me: the possibility to see and perceive my surroundings more consciously, and to be more aware of the situation and my environment. Over the last years, I focussed more on professional photography, worked on developing my skills and my style, and highly enjoyed the possibility to perceive my surroundings through my camera. As a nice side effect, my type of photography comes with being outside a lot, and allows me to work with amazing and inspiring people - things that I absolutely love.
In my photography, I capture and immortalize moments and moods, and I enjoy making them accessible and relateable for others. The same is true for products or services: If I’m convinced by a certain product or service, it’s a pleasure to be able to evoke a connection in the viewer or potential client.
